Regardless of the changes occurring in health care, surgeons will surely continue to play a leading role in the practice of medicine.
That is what the Fellows Leadership Society (FLS) is about ensuring that future surgeons maintain their leadership role. Individual members of the Society further that cause through personal giving. Collectively those gifts give the FLS the ability and strength to fulfill its mission:
- To provide financial support for projects important to the future of surgery
- To encourage leadership and loyalty to the College among its Fellows and friends
- To ensure the continued interest and involvement of young surgeons in the College
- To improve the quality of care for the surgical patient.
In addition to outright gifts, you can also participate in planned giving options, which not only contribute to the profession's future, but also offer attractive tax incentives and potential income to contributors.
